Kate Wylie

Kate is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic.  She has experience with high risk and regular pregnancy massage, palliative care massage, seniors massage, mental health and wellness/relaxation massage.  Her interest in massage therapy came after experiencing the healing and positive effect it can have on the whole body.

She is also interested in Reiki and has completed the Reiki Ryoho & Okuden practitioner training.

Kate has graduated from the Institute of Traditional Medicine’s Contemplative End Of Life Care course and is a volunteer with home hospice through the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities (SCHC).

Away from work Kate lives in our community with her partner and their 3 children.  She enjoys playing and coaching hockey, only recently retiring from coaching with the SYHL.  During warmer months Kate can be found camping in Northern Ontario and in the winter, in front of the fire while her family is skiing.

Kate is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.
